How would you work with me?
First, it is important that you also know every client's program is individualized and built around that client's unique situation. Although there are obviously certain components that are common to all job searches, your program will be personalized to you and you will absolutely stay in charge of how your job search is implemented. We have recruited and retained some of the top executive level career consultants in the nation and will carefully select one of them to be your personal career consultant. Because we have found that today's executive is very comfortable working by phone and email, that seasoned consultant will then primarily by phone work closely with you to launch and comprehensively implement your job search. You will, of course, also receive via email invaluable additional assistance from a team of professional experts in such supportive functions as job lead development, resume writing and research.

Your career consultant is your single point of contact so that the two of you together individualize your program to you and your situation and you will stay totally in charge of the implementation of your program. You will eventually learn that each of the professional experts who support you will also take a personal interest in your program. However, you will likely come to particularly appreciate the proactive and caring support you receive from your career consultant as you get to know each other through your phone visits and email exchanges.
