Confidentiality/Privacy Policy
We fully understand the highly confidential nature of executive-level career transition consulting and accordingly are committed to holding all information you provide us in the strictest of confidence. We recognize you must have such a commitment in order to stay in charge of how your job search is implemented. The following more fully explains that commitment.
We are the sole owners of the information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact with you and will not sell or rent that information to anyone. We will only use your information to help you with your job search and will also not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to conduct your job search. That is because we must employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf in order to serve you. Some examples include companies hosting our web servers, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, and providing other services. These other entities may have access to your information as necessary to perform their functions, but our contracts with them stipulate they also may not share that information with any third party. Otherwise, we will only share your information with a third party as instructed by you or with your permission in order to benefit your job search.
When you engage our services and elect to pay by credit card, we will ask for your credit card number and billing information. However, we use this information only to bill you for our services that time and for no other purpose.
The one exception to maintaining the confidentiality as described above could be if we may have to disclose your personal information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law or comply with any legal process. In the event such legal acts should ever occur, we will make every attempt available to us to secure confidentiality nondisclosure agreements from any parties involved.
This policy is not intended to, and does not, create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any party. We may revise this policy at any time without notice by updating this confidentiality/privacy policy statement. Any modifications in the way we use personal information will be provided in future updates of this policy statement so you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we might disclose such information. Modifications will be effective immediately and will be available on this web site; therefore, you should visit this web page periodically to review this policy statement. Each user of this web site accepts any such modifications to this confidentiality/privacy policy statement by the continued use of the web site or our services after such modifications are made.
